This a rendition on a photograph taken of the skyline of downtown Atlanta from an office building just around where the Perimeter is. It was a fairly cloudy day and the shot was taken with my Canon S2 IS (prior to the purchase of my D40x). The original picture didn’t really turn out very well but I was able to salvage a portion of the skyline and create a false horizon and a “liquid” effect as well which creates the essence of a city that’s been flooded.
